Spring Registration will open January 15, 2012.
Spring registration will close on March 15, 2011. Registrations processed after March 15, 2012 will be charged a late fee.
IMPORTANT: It is the parent's/guardian's responsibility to keep your child's contact and medical release information current.
Please note that team roster access is restricted to team parents and players and will display contact information.
Please make sure that you are registering for the program (grade) your child is currently in.
Per-K Dinomites should enter a "-1" as the grade

REFUND POLICY
Recreation League (Gr 1–8), Senior Travel (Gr 9-12): Up to the start of the league season, Simsbury Soccer Club will refund registration fees (less a $10 cancellation processing fee) to the player. After that date, pro-rated registration fees will only be refunded for medical reasons.
Clinics (Gr K-8):Up to the start of the clinic, Simsbury Soccer Club will refund registration fees (less a $5 cancellation processing fee) to the player. After that date, pro-rated registration fees will only be refunded for medical reasons.

The E License is a seventeen hour course recommended for soccer coaches working with kids in the range of U11 through U13 or 5th through 7th Grade. Candidates must be at least 16 years of age. Involves 7 hours theory in the classroom and 10 hours practical field sessions in the gym. There will also be pre-course assignments candidates will need to completed prior to the course. Exercise clothing is appropriate. This course includes introduction to the methodology of coaching and the four components of coaching soccer: Technique, Tactics, fitness and Psychology. Field sessions concentrate on developing technique within small-sided games that also present problems for players to solve within the game. Gain the knowledge and confidence you need to be an effective volunteer youth soccer coach which will improve the experience of your players and their families.

The Youth Module is a five hour course recommended for the parent coach and new coaches who have little or no experience in the game of soccer working with kids in the range of U6 through U10 or K through 4th Grade. Candidates must be at least 14 years of age. Involves 2.5 hours theory in the classroom and 2.5 hours practical field sessions in the gym. Exercise clothing is appropriate. The mission of the Youth Module is to provide the most current and advanced information on the growth and development of the youth soccer player. Gain the knowledge and confidence you need to be an effective volunteer youth soccer coach which will improve the experience of your players and their families.

Select this option to register for the 1st and 2nd grade skills clinic which is held on Tuesday nights, 5:30 - 6:45 p.m., and will run for 5 consecutive weeks, starting on Tuesday, May 1st. The cost for the clinic is $40.00. You can register for just the clinic or the recreational league and the clinic. Field will be posted on SSC home page.
To sign up for both programs, you must register for each program separately. Space is limited.

TOPS Senior (TOPSS) is a continuation of the TOPS program that works with older athletes, ages 13 to adult, interested in a challenging, focused soccer program. TOPSS aims to work alongside the SHS Unified Sports Team and gives participants a basic understanding and appreciation for the game of soccer. There is no cost for this program.
